Hardware Warranty & Return Guidelines
Defective hardware covered under dead-on-arrival (DOA) or manufacturer warranty terms may be repaired or replaced upon verification of the original invoice and intact serial numbers. Custom software development, domain/hosting registrations, and completed installation services are non-refundable once delivered.
