All hardware supplies, software services, and maintenance engagements provided by Smart Digital & Technology Pvt. Ltd. are governed by the written quotation, invoice terms, or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) agreed with the client. Hardware warranties follow manufacturer policies and exclude physical, electrical surge, or liquid damage.
